Workshop Technician

Function

As a Workshop Technician, no day is the same. You can use your energy with us! We offer you an all-round technical position in which one moment you are performing maintenance or overhaul work, the next moment you are solving malfunctions, and the next moment you are busy with pressure tests or, for example, wall thickness measurements. All this on a wide variety of small and large equipment. The variety in your tasks makes the day fly by! In this position you come into contact with many different technical aspects, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical engineering and (pressure) testing. Quality and safety are central to the performance of all work.

Team

You will become part of a fine team of colleagues. Within our flat organization you will be part of the Workshop Department, consisting of 6 Workshop Technicians, an E&I Supervisor and an E&I Technician. The department is managed by the Coordinator Inspection & Maintenance.

Your profile

You are a techie at heart who puts the customer and quality first. In addition, you like to show a lot of responsibility and ownership. Because you have to deal with various technical processes, our preference is for a colleague with a technically oriented background. For example, you have acquired your technical knowledge through education and/or training, or from your previous work experience or hobbies. In terms of personality, you will fit in well if you have a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills, a thirst for adventurism and the desire to pass on your knowledge to your colleagues.
